Yoga is a great way of keeping fit. It is something you can learn in a group situation such as a class, benefiting from the energy of those around you and it is something you can go on to practise alone in your own home. You can take it wherever you go. You only need yourself, your mat and a little time and space. Yoga means 'union' in sanskrit'. My experience tells me that with regular practice you will become more in tune with your body and learn to listen to its needs, thereby becoming intelligent as to how to treat it. My body has been transformed through yoga practice and my health has improved. I believe the benefits of yoga are available to all. So get started....
